| Beginning Sept. 1st 2010 All but two rooms will be rented monthly only.. The demand for monthly and long term tenants out weight the daily rentals. The new layout for monthly rooms include a formal living /dining area with a separate bedroom which will include two Queen Beds. All linens, kitchen utensils are provided. Each room is different. Monthly rates are $850.00 all bills included. Laundromat is available in the park. Private patio with little foot traffic. All monthly rooms have a view of the lake. Come join us this winter. We also have the new club house built by our regular winter Texan's. A beautiful garden area for all to share and enjoy. Many activities scheduled and not scheduled occur so you won't be bored. However, if you feel like doing absolutely nothing we like that too. Small pets are welcome with our monthly tenants following all rules as the park. Pool closes usually in September.
