| Beginning Sept. 1st 2010 All rooms will be rented monthly only.. The demand for monthly and long term tenants out weigh the daily rentals. The new layout for monthly rooms include a formal living /dining area with a separate bedroom which will include two Queen Beds. All linens, kitchen utensils are provided. Each room is different. Monthly rates are $650.00- $850.00 all bills included. Laundromat is available in the park. Private patio with little foot traffic. We also have the new club house built by our regular winter Texans. Many activities scheduled and not scheduled . You won't be bored. However, if you feel like doing absolutely nothing we like that too. NO PETS AT THE MOTEL/apartments. Check the events calender for an idea of things to come. We change that too. Covered BBQ area and BBQ pit along with tables are for monthly Motel guests. There is no made service on monthly or weekly rooms. |
