breeze and excellent view of the lake.

but so many trees you really don't have a water

Work in Progress !!!, ....all the way around. We are
new owners to this property but not new to the
RV, Motel, Restaurant industry. Many upgrades
have already occurred but the list is long and will
take time, however for those who have been here
before we hope you are delighted with the
changes that have occurred. Our motel rooms
have been spruced up and slowly given themes
with extra touches. The paint will come later. The
RV park has gotten electrical upgrades with the
expectation of almost $20,000.00 more worth of
upgraded poles and meters. One fishing pier is
now demolished giving us the opportunity to open
a very nice beach and fishing area and extra
boat launch when the lake fluctuates. The pier in
front of the restaurant will be demolished as well
with a floating dock put in for the ease of boaters
and our young fisherman and fisher ladies. The
pool will re-opened by the summer of 2008

Dining area and deck area are available for our Winter
Texan guests, pot luck and socials on Mondays. The deck
makes a wonderful gathering area for fresh air, bird
watching, feeding the spoiled ducks of all breeds. There
are also two sites for BBQ gatherings. Kayak Rentals
available now.

We do not have internet connections at the RV sites but you may
use the office to get online. Wireless internet cards DO work out
here quite well. If you have special needs or requests our doors
are open.

| The Lake is at 100 %. No beach area at this time. Fish are biting and everyone's enjoying quality time with family and friends. Bring the fishing poles, jet ski's, boats, floats, coolers and especially the sunscreen!!!!!!!!!!!!! We're all having fun |
