This is a privately owned and operated park. Rules are in place for all. We do
not allow "public" fishing on our property. RV guests, apartment and motel
guests may fish. Be sure you have your fishing license.
We are off the beaten path but thats what makes this such a wonderful
location. Quiet at night, little traffic yet close enough to Corpus Christi, Alice
and San Antonio to be center stage.
Lake front makes it even more tranquil.
It is a Winter Texan haven. EVERY YEAR OUR PARK IMPROVES!!!
Over flow parking for boats, cargo trailers, and car dollies is in a separate
parking area to free up your sites.
With 26 acres, a gorgeous neighborhood, great people, plans to expand are in
the works again. The hill over looking the lake will take some planning to lay
out lots for the maximum view and usage as they will be larger, longer pull thru
sites for those that wish to stay year round or leave their rig year round. These
sites will include enough room for storage units or covers and a view thats
truly beautiful and serene.
Landscaping is the challenge as it's hilly and making trails for golf carts and
walking paths is a must.
THE CLUBHOUSE entertains many events. Some of the events include Sunday
breakfast for $6.00 (buffet style) arts,crafts, computer trouble shooting, poker,
bingo, potlucks and more.
Horseshoes at 4:00 PM in the picnic area on cooler days and many
competitions with cooking. Be sure to check the calender of events for
upcoming specials.
Laundry facility for park guests only. $1.00 per machine
Three apartments are finished in the motel. Super living on the lake with no
hassles, all bills included . Waterfront or water view. Can't beat it.

The Lake is low (12/22/2011) but the beach area is great. We only have a beach
area when the lake is low. Bass are plentiful but so are the bait fish so bring
your talent and best lures.
The Boat Ramp is closed however swimming on the beach and off the island is
fantastic
RV reservations are a must. The oil field and pipelines are remaining busy.
Turn over is unpredictable so put your name on the waiting or call list.
Prepayment is a must for those wishing to hold a site. No refunds.

We aim to make this a really enjoyable family place and peaceful Winter Texan
haven. We can accommodate most large parties whether it be for fun, family
re-unions, hunters, fishing tournaments, bird watchers, weddings, banquets,
etc.
There is no swimming allowed (ever) in the boat launch area near the fueling
station.
The new BBQ pavilion is open for motel guests and RV guests only.
